Manual HP calculation is a minefield
Each HP follows different rules: distinct concentration thresholds, exceptions for mixtures, H-phrase aggregation, and two overlapping European regulations (1357/2014 and 2017/997 for HP14). Analysis and calculation
The HP Finder engine applies the rules of EU Regulation 1357/2014 and the HP14 update under Reg. 2017/997. The concentrations of each substance in the mixture are evaluated.
