The regulatory framework
Italian Legislative Decree no. 102/20, with additions and corrections to Legislative Decrees no. 183/17 and no. 152/06, amended Article 271 by adding paragraph 7-bis, which establishes that emissions of substances classified as carcinogenic, toxic for reproduction or mutagenic (CMR - H340, H350, H360), substances of particularly high toxicity and bioaccumulation, and SVHC substances must be limited as much as possible.
